TERMS OF SERVICE

1. CREATOR ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION

• Creators must sign in securely via Google Authentication and provide accurate Instagram social account details.
• Upon completing onboarding, creators receive a unique 10-digit creator_code for verified tracking.
• Creators agree to maintain authentic follower stats and genuine engagement metrics.

2. COMMERCIAL RATE CARDS & OFFERS

• Creators set their base rate card (INR ₹) for Reels, Stories, Posts, and Combos in their dashboard.
• Brands proposing campaign briefs must specify a mandatory fee offer per selected creator.
• Creators retain full autonomy to accept or decline brand proposals based on offered commercial fees.

3. BRAND CAMPAIGN EXECUTION & COORDINATION

All selected brand briefs and creator acceptances are logged in Lokaal CRM. Lokaal team coordinates final content timelines, product delivery, and contract payouts to ensure professional execution for both parties.

4. CODE OF CONDUCT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Creators retain ownership of their original content while granting brands specified usage rights as agreed in campaign briefs.
• Any attempt to impersonate another creator or engage in fraudulent activities will result in immediate profile deactivation.

5. SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT USAGE & PROMOTION RIGHTS

• By registering and joining the Lokaal India Creator Network, creators grant Lokaal India the non-exclusive right to feature, share, repost, and publish their creator posts, reels, photos, and public social media content across Lokaal India's official social media platforms, website showcases, and marketing materials.
• Creators may request removal or updates of specific promotional features by contacting Lokaal India support.

6. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan.
