OUR STRICT CREATOR CONTACT PROTECTION GUARANTEE
At Lokaal India Creator Network, creator privacy and contact security are our highest priorities. Your personal phone number, WhatsApp number, and personal email address are NEVER displayed publicly to brands or third parties. All brand sponsorship opportunities and campaign offers are routed securely through the central Lokaal API and managed inside the Lokaal CRM system by our dedicated team.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you register or onboard on creators.lokaalindia.in, we collect the following details:
- Account Auth Data: Google OAuth email address, full name, and avatar image.
- Creator Profile Data: Instagram handle, primary category/niche, city, state, follower count, and average views.
- Commercial Rate Card: Your base rate expectations for Reels, Stories, Static Posts, and Combo packages.
- Private Contact Details: Phone number and WhatsApp number (used strictly for internal Lokaal CRM campaign coordination).
- Push Notifications: Web Push subscription tokens if you explicitly opt-in for browser opportunity alerts.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- To display your public creator profile card in the Lokaal Creator Directory for brand selection.
- To feature, share, and promote public creator posts, reels, and photos across official Lokaal India social media channels and marketing platforms.
- To deliver direct brand campaign offers and commercial budget proposals to your private dashboard.
- To enable Lokaal CRM team to coordinate contracts, campaign briefs, and payouts between brands and creators.
- To send browser push notifications when new sponsorship offers arrive.

4. DATA SECURITY & THIRD PARTY SHARING
Lokaal India uses Supabase production infrastructure with row-level security policies (RLS). We do not sell or rent creator data to third-party ad networks.
